Descrição:
A modificação proposta consiste na inclusão do nome do responsável por registrar o voto. Assim, se um grupo der o voto, o nome desse grupo será inserido no e-mail; se for um usuário individual, apenas o nome desse usuário está sendo incluído.
Segue abaixo alguns exemplos da nova descrição:
Para um usuário individual:
"User John has set the status of Ballot 175/2023 R1 as Supported.."
Para um grupo:
"The Support10 Group has set the status of Ballot 175/2023 R1 as Supported."
